  1. Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine material and labor costs, assisting senior estimators.
  2. Aid in the formulation of accurate and competitive bids for construction projects, under the guidance of experienced estimators.
  3. Conduct comprehensive research on material prices, subcontractor expenses, and other pertinent factors to support precise estimates.
  4. Contribute to the development of project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
  5. Familiarize yourself with various software tools and technologies employed in project estimation and management.
  6. Provide support to the project estimation team in miscellaneous tasks and initiatives, as required.
Qualifications:
  1. Currently pursuing a relevant degree program (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, etc.).
  2. Possess strong analytical and mathematical skills and the ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective collaboration within a team setting.
  4. Exhibit a keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  6. Previous experience or coursework related to construction, estimating, or project management would be advantageous.
