Manager, Product Experience & Documentation We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Product Ownership, UI/UX Design, and Technical Documentation functions within our software development and engineering consulting organization. This role ensures seamless collaboration between product strategy, user experience design, and technical content creation to deliver world-class SaaS and on-premise industrial application solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, design thinking, and technical communication expertise to drive product success and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Product Management & Ownership Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities. Represent both internal and external stakeholders in any software project, maintaining strong understanding of both business goals and user experience. Ensure backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile best practices are consistently applied. Works primarily with internal stakeholders from a technical standpoint and oversees all phases of the development lifecycle. Align product strategy with business objectives and client requirements. Prioritize design tasks based on product roadmap and sprint cycles. Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track. Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering creativity and collaboration. Oversee design systems, component libraries, and usability testing for SaaS and on-premises platforms hosting best-in-class industrial application. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design into development cycles. Oversee user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions. Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure consistency across all products. Technical Documentation Management Direct the technical writing team to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. Establish documentation standards and workflows for software and engineering projects. Ensure timely delivery of user guides, API docs, and system architecture documentation aligned with product releases. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between product, design, engineering, and client teams. Drive alignment across all functions to ensure cohesive product delivery and exceptional user experience. Implement tools and processes for efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).10+ years of experience in product management, UI/UX design, or technical writing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record managing cross-functional teams in a SaaS or engineering environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, design principles, and technical communication standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.Strategic thinking and prioritization.Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and technical accuracy.Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
