- Learn MCAD software through experience and training (ie. Catia, Creo and/or NX)
- Ability to p repare and transfer data securely using MCAD & data transfer tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful completion of a recognized three-year Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering Design/Technology with the following curriculum:
- 6 Mechanical Design Courses – molded part design, machined part design, stamped part design, design for manufacturing, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, head transfer, metallurgy, GD&T, Inspection methods
- 2 Mechanical Drafting Courses
- 4 MCAD Design Courses (Catia, Creo, NX), Automotive Part and assembly Design
Minimum of one year of recent experience using MCAD Catia, Creo and/or NX CAD systems
