The position is responsible for executing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and is dedicated to driving customer acquisition and engagement through the process of strategic planning, campaign testing and results analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms on Facebook Ads
- Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics on a daily basis, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results..

- Help team with developing Paid Search Ad Copies, Keyword Research and landing page optimization

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working on paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
