Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead quality assurance activities across projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining testing strategy, managing QA teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating closely with development and business stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across projects including planning, test strategy, test case oversight, execution monitoring, defect tracking, and UAT sign-off. Define UAT scope, entry/exit criteria, acceptance criteria, and success measures in collaboration with business stakeholders. Oversee preparation and review of UAT test scenarios, test cases and documentation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business workflows. Coordinate with product owners, SMEs, QA teams, and technical/development teams to ensure smooth execution and timely defect resolution. Track defects and issues, support triage sessions, and drive resolution to achieve quality and release readiness. Report UAT progress, test metrics, risks, and readiness status to project leadership and stakeholders Role Requirements And Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software testing, with significant responsibility in UAT planning and execution. Exposure to at least 2 National-level e-Governance solutions, Enterprise platforms, or Marketplace projects where UAT was fully owned and delivered. Strong understanding of testing life cycle, test planning, defect management, and test strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work with business and technical teams.
