Digital Operations Specialist/Technical Sales Support

Digital Operations Specialist needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP located in Vancouver, BC. ***Sales Support Time Management Max hourly rate: $30/hr. The mission of the Digital operations Specialist is to provide a high-touch, fast-response "center of expertise" for the digital platforms. They will provide solution clarity and an integrated online and assisted buying experience. They will streamline the sales process, and reduce down time, touches and costs of sales. Key business metrics for success will include revenue, transactions volume, repeat customer volume, new customer acquisition, interaction volume, and customer feedback and survey scores. Responding to inbound phone, chat and email inquiries and provide support on a broad range of topics, such as: Application of technology's capability to a business need, quoting, and licensing, transactional order process- set up, shopping cart, checkout process, general questions Collaborating with Client Sales teams other Stakeholders on above items Managing and escalating feedback to key stakeholders, as necessary One year of comparable work experience in a customer service or sales role Desire to develop one's self and take advantage of opportunities to practice and enhance business/technical skills Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Yoh’s network of client companies has been employing professionals like you for over 65 years in the U.Join Yoh’s extensive talent community that will provide you with access to Yoh’s vast network of opportunities and gain access to this exclusive opportunity available to you.
