Job Description:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for entertainment and digital media? Collider is seeking a talented Video Lead to join our team. As the Video Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our video content strategy, managing a team of producers, and driving the growth and success of our video initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute video content strategies to engage and grow our audience.
Manage a team of video producers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall content goals.
Oversee the production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content.
Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize content and drive audience engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our video offerings.

Qualifications:
Experience in digital media or entertainment, with a focus on video content production.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
