Position Overview:
As a Marketing Associate at Sirc, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our campaigns. This position is ideal for individuals at various stages of their careers, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of marketing activities, allowing you to develop and refine your skills while contributing to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Help manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with our audience.
  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Sirc remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
  • Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset, with opportunities available for both entry-level and senior-level candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.
  • A motivated and energetic personality, with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
