Job Title: Architectural Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for a driven individual for architectural sales in Atlantic Canada. We currently represent several products exclusively in Atlantic Canada. Manage your own division promoting sales to architects and building owners. Whether you have experience in the field of architecture or are experienced in sales.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Experience in the architectural field.
- Building envelope knowledge.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in a regional or territory-based role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
