Accounting System Implementation ConsultantWe are seeking a recent account ing graduate that is motivated and detail-oriented to join our Catapult team. In this role, you will support our senior consultants in implementing and configuring Business Central for our clients. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in ERP consulting, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, provid ing solutions, and contribut ing to successful ERP implementations.Responsibilities:Assist senior consultants in gathering client requirements and understanding their business processes to determine the optimal configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.Support the implementation and customization of Business Central modules, including financial (accounting) management, supply chain management, sales, purchasing , and manufacturing.Collaborate with project teams to perform data migration s , ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data during the transition to Business Central.Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the functionality and performance of Business Central.Provide end-user training and support to clients, helping them effectively utilize Business Central and its features.Troubleshoot system issues and work closely with technical teams to resolve any errors or bugs in the implementation.Document system configurations, customizations, and user manuals to maintain accurate project documentation.Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to provide insights and recommendations to clients.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and best practices for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.Strong understanding of accounting principles, being able to talk debit and credits with our clients, accountants, controllers and CFO’s.Basic understanding of accounting practices, supply chain, sales, or manufacturing processes is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and project team members.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement in the ERP consulting field.Comprehensive training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Health premium payment and health insurance and other employee benefits.Join our team and embark on a rewarding career as an entry-level ERP consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
