Job details Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions. Conduct performance reviews. Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning. Personal suitability: Accurate. Judgement. Organized. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees. Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
