Job Description
Lead integration between the S4 program for the Omega project related to the construction and commission of the new warehouse facility in QC and lead 3PL implementation at the international on the EMEA region level including the following key activities:
- Lead SAP S4 IT related activities as part of the construction and commission of the new warehouse facility . Lead the implementation of 3PL at the International for 2 other warehouses.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain the overall S4 project plan for both projects, including coordinating task dependencies with other groups and departments.
- Establish and lead the governance of the two projects, track progression throughout the phases of the project, monitor major risk mitigation and issue resolution plans, and report on adherence to leadership group.

Taches Principales
- Diriger l'integration entre le programme S4 pour le projet Omega lie a la construction et a la mise en service du nouvel entrepot au Quebec et diriger la mise en Suvre du 3PL a l'international au niveau de la region EMEA, y compris les activites cles suivantes :
- Diriger les activites liees a l'informatique SAP S4 dans le cadre de la construction et de la mise en service du nouvel entrepot. Diriger la mise en Suvre du 3PL a l'International pour 2 autres entrepots.
- Etablir, surveiller et maintenir le plan global du projet S4 pour les deux projets, y compris la coordination des dependances des taches avec d'autres groupes et departements.
- Etablir et diriger la gouvernance des deux projets, suivre la progression tout au long des phases du projet, surveiller les plans d'Telecommunicationenuation des risques majeurs et de resolution des problemes, et rendre compte du respect du groupe de direction.
- Coordonner avec les autres tours du projet Omega pour assurer l'alignement sur les objectifs globaux du programme.
- Coordonner avec d'autres tours au sein du projet international pour assurer l'alignement sur les objectifs globaux du programme pour la mise en Suvre du 3PL
- Identifier le plan d'integration avec le systeme de gestion d'entrepot du fournisseur 3PL (DHL) (Manhattan), y compris l'automatisation et la robotique.
- Identifiez le plan d'integration avec le systeme de gestion d'entrepot des fournisseurs 3PL (DHL et KT) pour le deploiement international dans la region EMEA.
- Responsable du succes du programme, conformement aux objectifs strategiques de l'organisation ou de l'unite commerciale. Cela implique l'application de tous les aspects des pratiques de gestion de programme (planification, finances, statut, risque, resolution de problemes, etc.).
- Responsable de l'elaboration de la feuille de route du programme, de la gestion de la planification et des interdependances entre toutes les composantes du programme.
- Gerer le budget du programme et son utilisation par toutes les composantes, et examiner les ecarts et les demandes de modifications.
- Assurer une bonne gestion des parties prenantes au sein du programme et s'assurer que la portee du programme definie par le sponsor est respectee et livree au sein du programme.
- Assurer un leadership complet et une gestion integree de tous les aspects du programme.
- Participer a la mise a jour de l'analyse de rentabilite du programme et des listes de projets tout au long du cycle de vie du programme.
- Veiller a ce que le cadre methodologique du PMO pour la gestion des programmes soit applique.
- En collaboration avec les chefs d'equipe PDM et PM, soutenir et coacher les PM au sein du programme, dans la realisation de leurs projets.
- S'assurer que l'administration des contrats des fournisseurs du programme est bien geree, tout en veillant au respect des ententes contractuelles.
- Coordonner et soutenir la transition vers les operations et post-implantation du programme.
- S'assurer que le plan de gestion du changement du programme est realise et suivi.
