POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for a project controller to join the team in our Real Estate development division. We recognize you for your team spirit, your positivity, your speed in learning: we have the position for you We are a great team and we have many challenges to take on with you in the field of accounting.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis of deviations from the forecast budget
Any other related tasks
Cash flow management and monitoring on a weekly basis
Communications with government authorities
Management of the end of month cycle in a multi-company environment
Preparation of adjustments required in the event of book errors
Preparation of end-of-month reports and analyzes
Preparation of end-of-year audit files
Production of reports to governments
Supervision of the work of accounting clerks
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
University training in accounting sciences
CPA professional title
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Mastery of the complete accounting cycle
Experience in a multi-company environment
Experience in the real estate/construction industry
French/English bilingualism (spoken and written)
Knowledge of Office Suite software
Knowledge of Sage 50, Hopem and Maestro software (asset)
