In order to support our growth, we are currently seeking a Brand Experience Specialist for our Toronto team.

Reporting into the Brand Experience Manager, the Brand Experience Specialist will be responsible for planning, managing, producing and executing various experiential programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing integrated marketing programs in the field.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Managing, training and coaching Brand Ambassador teams in the field.
  • Planning, coordinating and overseeing the production and logistics of various activations.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers (negotiating costs, coordinating details and overseeing production).
  • Meeting or exceeding project goals within the agreed budget.
  • Working closely with their manager to draft project plans and postmortems.

Required skills and abilities:

  • Focused on finding creative solutions.
  • Highly adaptable and excellent under pressure.
  • Self-starter with excellent leadership skills who requires minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related fields is an asset
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an event management, sales, promotion or marketing position.
  • Agency or In-Field Experiential experience as a Brand Ambassador/Team Lead is an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
