Kirmac is seeking an experienced Light Truck work Autobody Technician to join our team. If you're a seasoned pro with an impressive body of work and a firm grasp of the latest repair processes, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Collision Technician, with expertise in repairing light trucks.
  • In-depth knowledge of light truck structures, components, and collision repair techniques.
  • Proficient in using frame alignment machines and other collision repair equipment for light trucks.
  • Ability to work with various materials, including aluminum, fiberglass, and steel commonly found in light trucks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members.
  • I-CAR certifications are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of light trucks involved in collisions to assess the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
  • Perform a wide range of collision repairs, including bodywork, frame straightening and panel replacement.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art tools and equipment to ensure precise and accurate repairs on light trucks.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet repair deadlines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques related to light truck collision repair.
