Sous la responsabilité du chef de section – Pratique IA (BI), le titulaire du poste agit à titre d’analyste-programmeur dans la conception et le développement de solutions en intelligence d’affaires dans un environnement Microsoft. Ainsi, il assure la réalisation de solutions «bout-en-bout» répondant aux besoins d’affaires de l’organisation, soit de la réception de la demande jusqu'à la mise en œuvre de celle-ci.

  • Analyser et développer des solutions en intelligence d’affaires à travers sa maîtrise des technologies, concepts et outils suivants :
    • Technologies :
      • Microsoft SSIS, SSAS Tabulaire, Power BI, Data Factory, Azure et BI Stack;
      • TSQL et TSQL Dynamique;
    • Concepts :
      • Modélisation de données en intelligence d’affaires : Data Vault, Étoile et flocon, Gestion des types 2, Définition des niveaux de granularités;
      • Méthodologies Agile et DevOps;
    • Outils :
      • Microsoft SQL Serveur 2016 et plus récent;
      • Microsoft Azure DevOps;
  • Livrer des solutions « bout-en-bout », soit de la réception de la demande jusqu’à sa livraison, en passant par l’analyse, la conception, l’estimé d’efforts, la réalisation, les tests, le déploiement, la documentation, etc.;
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation du travail d’équipe, autant sur le volet technique que méthodologique, en apportant des recommandations basées sur son expertise pour le bien de l’équipe;
  • Assurer un rôle-conseil auprès de son équipe et des autres directions, sur toute question concernant la conception et le développement de solutions en intelligence d’affaires;
  • Assurer l’accompagnement à la tâche en période d’intégration et le développement des compétences professionnelles des ressources de son équipe (via des séances de coaching et/ou de formation continue). Participer à l’identification des besoins de formation.;
  • Contribuer à la coordination, à la structure et à l’organisation de différents travaux de réalisation (ex. : encadrement du travail de collègues et contrôle de livrables) ainsi qu’à la coordination des activités de déploiement;
  • Assurer la qualité des solutions livrées (fiabilité, revue de code, respect des normes, réutilisation, performance, tests automatisés, etc.);
  • Apprendre de façon autodidacte via des outils de perfectionnement (Ex : livre, site internet, vidéo en ligne, etc.) et/ou participer à des activités de formation et/ou de transfert de connaissances sur les technologies et méthodologies requises pour l’exécution de ses tâches, en fonction des choix et des orientations qui sont prises par l’équipe, la gestion ou l’organisation;
  • Faire une vigie et demeurer à l’affût des nouvelles technologies, concepts et méthodologies (ex: PowerBI, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Snowflake, AWS), de leurs impacts et de leur potentiel dans la livraison de solutions;
  • Maintenir des communications régulières et adéquates auprès de tous les intervenants;
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés dans ses livrables et ceux de son équipe et/ou des autres directions lorsque nécessaire; Déceler les irrégularités et risques potentiels suite aux interactions avec la clientèle et prendre les mesures nécessaires afin d’y remédier. Au besoin, informer la direction des situations ciblées;
  • Participer à des rencontres d’équipe et à différents comités de travail concernant les dossiers de son équipe, de la section ou de la vice-présidence;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
  • Détenir un diplôme du baccalauréat (BAC) en informatique.
  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) avec spécialisation en informatique ou dans une autre spécialisation pertinente ou une attestation d'études collégiales (AEC) en informatique ou dans une autre spécialisation pertinente ou une attestation d'études dont l'équivalence est reconnue par l’autorité compétente.
  • Détenir six (6) années d'expérience pertinente en TI.
