Salary varies according to experience ($80,000 to $100,000). Your duties will include:

  1. Ensure continuous optimization of software applications and platforms used by the organization.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders and suppliers of IT solutions.
  3. Manage IT development projects, ensuring that they run smoothly.
  4. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's business processes and ERP system.
  5. Lead and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Translate user requirements into functional specifications for system development and customization.
  7. Participate in the analysis of costs, benefits and organizational impacts, and contribute to the implementation of necessary changes.
  8. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  9. Participate in the documentation, analysis and mapping of business processes.
  10. Contribute to the definition, coordination and execution of test scenarios.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or engineering (or equivalent)
  2. 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst
  3. Knowledge of ERP (Epicor), Jira (asset)
  4. Good knowledge of agile environment
  5. Experience in a manufacturing environment
  6. Oral and written bilingualism in French and English (one of the company's entities is located in Ontario).
