Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.

  • Assist customers in selecting coils, fluid coolers, and condensers according to their needs.

  • Address issues related to warranty, delivery, and quality.

  • Interpret 3D & 2D models and drawings.

  • Utilize critical thinking for technical processes and pricing.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in customized software interfaces.

  • Communicate effectively with customers.

  • Uphold a customer service-oriented approach.

  • Background knowledge in Heat Transfer, HVAC, and refrigeration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:  

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

  • Background in Heat Transfer, HVAC, and refrigeration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking abilities.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
