General Description:
The IT Training Analyst is a key member of the technology training team, dedicated to managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring the effective delivery of training programs. This role involves analyzing training needs, coordinating schedules, and working closely with various departments to achieve training objectives and enhance employee competencies.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
- Analyze training needs across the organization to develop targeted training programs that align with business goals.
- Coordinate training schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Liaise with department heads and subject matter experts to curate relevant training content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary to meet learning objectives.
- Facilitate communication between trainers and participants, ensuring clear expectations and feedback channels.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in legal technology and training methodologies to continuously improve the training experience.
- Special project and duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and team building.
Required Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Proven experience managing a Learning Management System in a corporate or legal environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and its unique technology training requirements a plus.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
