Combining advanced technology with deep industry expertise, they deliver scalable, robust solutions across multiple sectors.PROJECTThe project focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for security-focused SaaS products in the AdTech ecosystem. These solutions detect and mitigate fraudulent activities, ensuring trust and integrity in digital advertising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce materials that enhance usability, streamline onboarding, and support ongoing operations.Job DescriptionDevelop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for diverse audiencesCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather technical insightsContinuously improve existing documentation and create new materials aligned with product updatesIdentify opportunities to enhance product usability through documentation strategiesMentor other technical writers and contribute to team growthPartner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align educational content with business goalsQualificationsProven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or technology environmentStrong understanding of developer tools, security workflows, or DevOps environmentsExcellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and structureAbility to collaborate across departments and manage multiple documentation projects3+ years of relevant experienceNICE TO HAVE:Cybersecurity and/or Media industry experienceBackground in content strategy, UX writing, or product documentationAdditional InformationPERSONAL PROFILE:Detail-oriented communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into accessible contentCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teamsProactive in identifying documentation needs and improving processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
