Stress Engineer – Ingénieur Calcul De Contraintes

Dans le cadre du support du programme avion avec notre client, le rôle primaire de calculateur structure est d’assurer que l’analyse de contraintes est conforme au requis de certifications métalliques pour la structure primaire, la conception des structures secondaires et la conception des installations des systèmes. Il se rapporte directement au Responsable Calcul et il est responsable de:
S’assurer que le périmètre technique est bien respecté selon les exigences clients, les besoins du programme et les requis manufacturiers.
Définir les tests pour rencontrer les requis de certification d’aérostructure.
Analyser les contraintes afin de prédire les tests (comportement et mode de rupture).
Supporter et suivre les tests.
Rédiger les rapports de tests et de certification.
Valider les méthodologies développées en corrélant les tests avec les calculs.
Analyser les contraintes de structures primaires composite et métallique.
Supporter les activités de R&D du site au besoin.
Compétences recherchées :
Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique ou civil ou aéronautique ou autre et comptez au moins 5 années d'expérience pertinente.
Vous devez avoir de l'expérience avec les structures métalliques et leurs comportements.
Le profil recherché doit être orienté DTA - Damage Tolerance Analysis
Vous êtes pragmatique et être capable d'analyser les calculs et les tests de manière critique.
La connaissance de NASGRO est requise.
La connaissance de CATIA, de l'analyse des éléments finis (Patran/Nastran) et des programmes de modélisation est requise.
La connaissance de language de programmation tel que VBA ou Python est un atout.
Les connaissances informatiques générales sont essentielles.
Vous devez lire et écrire en anglais et avoir de bonnes aptitudes pour la communication.
Le bilinguisme parfait (français et anglais) serait un atout.

Avoir de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et être capable de manifester son leadership.
Être reconnu pour la capacité à travailler à la fois en équipe et en autonomie.
Possède de bonnes capacités relationnelles et sait adapter sa communication à l’interlocuteur concerné, que ce soit en interne ou envers le client qu’il côtoie au quotidien. À ce titre, sa force de conviction lui permet d’argumenter sur les aspects techniques avec courtoisie et pédagogie.
De nature enthousiaste, aime travailler dans un environnement rythmé et trouve les situations imprévues et urgentes stimulantes. A la capacité à répondre avec calme et réactivité en fournissant un travail de qualité.
