Must travel full area Haldimand and Norfolk counties, initial assessments, potential for foot care as an add on, asset - palliative care skill set to join our amazing team.

What you’ll be doing:

· As an RN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in the Niagara community. This position requires travel throughout Niagara Region for client visits.

· This position utilizes a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.

· As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.

· You will teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.

· You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be more focused on care time and less travel time.

Job Qualification

· Registered Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing

· Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

· Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire

· Current CPR certification required
