With a strong team, it manages the careers of over 250 male and female models, makeup artists, hair stylists, stylists, prop stylists and various type of artists working in the fashion industry. Folio has a vast network of international contacts, which allows its talents to work worldwide through collaborations with local agencies.
Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Artist Agent at Folio Management located in Montreal, QC. As an Artist Agent, you will be responsible for managing and promoting artists, negotiating contracts and agreements, and coordinating bookings and events. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals, and providing guidance and support to artists.
Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge and understanding of the arts and fashion industry
Ability to identify and develop talent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in contract negotiation and management
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
Previous experience in an agency or production is a plus
