We are looking for a curious full stack developer who will enhance or develop these applications and come up with unique ideas and suggestions for improvements.

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Design, develop, and maintain existing web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Design the SQL database schema to store data used as input into the system and write simple SQL queries to display results on our online dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and test applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Sync your code between developing and testing environments using our internal GitHub application.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Strong knowledge in JavaScript development with a focus on React and Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, HTML5, CSS, Django, and Flask.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL and data model design.
  • Experience with Bootstrap and jQuery is considered an asset.

Nice-to-have

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Desire to explore new ideas and challenges.
  • Designer’s eye to build a user-friendly interface.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus, but not required (we’ll teach you the business domain knowledge).
