Our insurance client is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to develop business process maps using BPMN2.0 and Visio, related to commercial insurance operations and backend finance operations. (REMOTE)

Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Process Analyst
  • Experience utilizing BPMN 2.0 for developing Process Maps
  • Experience with P&C Insurance or agency billing and Backend finance in an insurance setting
  • Experience working with Technical and Non Technical teams to develop Process Maps
  • Experience using IIBA BABOK methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
  • Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, andapplicationsubsystems.
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations withinapplicationsubsystems, to externalsystems,and between new and existingsystems.
  • Identify business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action.
  • Identify the modifications to the automated processes.
