Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Salesforce Techno – Functional Business Analyst for a 4-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer Work Location Remote (Ontario) Key Tasks Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs Integrate Salesforce with external systems and maintain documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Optimize and automate business processes Support change management, training, and user adoption Create dashboards and reports aligned with KPIs Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning Support the release planning Monitor Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption Maintain platform documentation and enhancement backlog Contribute to strategic roadmap planning and governance Key Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce experience including the last 3-5+ years as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant. Experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst responsible for configuration and light development / coding. Must have advanced knowledge of; Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows) Omniscript Salesforce Public Service Solutions, Grantmaking and Salesforce communities Apex & Visualforce development (classes, triggers, test methods, Lightning components) and proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and UX design. Qualifications Experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a background in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Design; understands both business operations and technical limitations. Experience with Salesforce Development and ability to read /write Apex and LWC while also having responsibility of functional/solutioning side of work. Experience with requirements gathering and translation into scalable solutions and strong business communication and stakeholder engagement.
