Trade Spend Analyst - 5+ monthsEmployment TypeContractLocationMarkham, OntarioApply SHARE THIS JOB           Job Description:The Trade Spend Analyst is a role that is responsible for ensuring that all trade deductions claimed by their customers are in accordance with their standard sales terms and conditions and trade promotion agreements.  Key Responsibilities Include:Ensure all deductions are assigned and cleared in a timely mannerProvide internal reports tracking clearing deductions at various account teams by Customer Development Manager line of sightValidate customer deductions claimsCoordinate the accurate and timely approval of customer deductions with key stakeholdersIdentify and initiate the satisfactory resolution of unauthorized customer deductionsEnsure the accurate interfacing between Trade Promotion Management and SAP for deduction documentsDiagnose and resolve interface errors between Trade Promotion Management and SAP in collaboration with ITPerform the clearing of deductions to Customer accountsDeliver on trade deduction KPIsCompile accurate, timely and insightful Trade Deductions management reportsProvide Trade Deduction performance updates to key internal customers      TMGCTJob Requirements:  University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business2+ years of progressive business experience required ie Experience in Finance or Trade Deductions or Accounts Receivable or similar functions preferredSAP experience preferredSAP Business Warehouse an assetMicrosoft Office intermediate/advanced level is requiredConsumer Packaged Goods experience preferredStrong oral and written English skills requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong sense of urgency requiredAbility to prioritize and manage multiple prioritiesProcess drivenStrong teamwork, relationship building and customer focussed skillsApply
