The successful candidate will lead and drive the strategic direction for the accounts in collaboration with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations). Responsibilities also include facilitating and leading presentations and meetings with clients and internal teams, monitoring and analyzing account performance and trends, and providing regular reports and forecasts to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Must Haves:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Account Director role, managing key or high-value accounts.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  4. Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  6. Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
