Working within the NSM team, you will interface closely with the A+E monitoring center, assist in root causing A+E unsolved investigations, propose and verify concepts for future A+E monitoring development, and work on special projects for developing A+E modules to niche markets. In addition to working with the Monitoring Center, activity will include collaborating with field service, development engineering and operations teams to develop solutions to those assigned tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Interfacing with the A+E monitoring center; taking on deep dive investigations beyond the capacity and time constraints of the monitoring desk and taking them to root cause resolution
Applying lessons learned from root cause resolution back to the A+E monitoring program with the goal of developing preventative detection and alerting
Leading cross discipline efforts into researching niche market needs, and developing monitoring and alert strategies to serve value-based drivers
Organizing and working with appropriate SME groups to root cause problem at hand
Documenting key findings and means of disseminating SME to appropriate areas in the organization
Proposing new opportunities or solutions to enhance A+E technologies in general
Work effectively with supporting teams (service, sales, quality, engineering, etc) as necessary

Technical/Professional knowledge, skills and abilities:
Data driven, systematic approach to troubleshooting
Ability to work with new and evolving technologies
Excellent knowledge of Systems technology and related mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as, controls and injection molding process
Leadership in organizing appropriate SME teams and taking issues to resolution
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and interact effectively and professionally with customer
Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering and service functions
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills to obtain and exchange complex technical information
Good computer skills and knowledge of Windows based applications are essential
Education:
Engineering Degree, or Engineering technician with appropriate experience

Related experience:
Minimum 10 years experience with Husky equipment including assembly, testing, service and engineering with all Husky products including machines, molds, robots and other product handling equipment.
Minimum 3 years experience with molds process optimization and troubleshooting
