Assistent Controller werkzaamheden

Als assistent controller ondersteun je ondernemers bij hun bedrijfsprocessen en de (senior) controllers bij uitdagende klantwerkzaamheden. In deze dynamische functie opereer je met de nieuwste tools, waarmee jij de data van jouw klanten vertaalt naar waardevolle inzichten. Dankzij onze unieke formule, waarbij we digitale diensten combineren met persoonlijk contact, werk je niet alleen vóór, maar ook mét je klanten samen. Dat biedt de ondernemers interessante kansen en jóú meer tijd om hen persoonlijk bij te staan. Je groeit mee met je klanten en blijft jezelf ontwikkelen. Daarbij krijg je coaching van collega’s om jou het vak van controlling te leren.

Werken bij MoniEen voorbeeld uit de praktijk

De administratie loopt niet lekker. Administratie wordt te laat aangeleverd, de inkoopfacturen worden te laat betaald, verkoopfacturen worden nog in Word gemaakt en er is geen inzicht in de debiteurenposities.

Hoe pak je dit aan?

Je maakt een afspraak met de klant voor het bespreken van de administratieve processen. Je bespreekt dat de inkoopfacturen minimaal wekelijks digitaal worden aangeleverd door middel van het doorsturen van de inkoopfactuur naar een Moni-scanadres. Het voordeel voor de klant is dat hij altijd up to date inzicht heeft in de nog te betalen nota’s. Je leert de klant om vanuit de betaallijst van de boekhoudapplicatie eenvoudig in één keer alle openstaande facturen te betalen. Daarnaast leer je de klant om te factureren vanuit de boekhoudapplicatie in plaats vanuit Word. Daardoor heeft de klant direct inzicht in de openstaande verkoopfacturen.

Ik ben bij Moni gaan werken door de goede sfeer op kantoor en uiteraard ook de manier van werken: zo veel mogelijk automatiseren zodat er meer tijd is voor Controlling.

2. Wat heb je gestudeerd?

Nadat ik Havo heb afgerond ben ik HBO Verpleegkunde gaan doen. Dit bleek niets voor mij te zijn. Om de overstap naar Finance te maken heb ik de opleidingen Praktijkdiploma Boekhouden en Moderne Bedrijfsadministratie gedaan. Per februari dit jaar ben ik begonnen aan de deeltijd studie HBO-ICT Business IT Management.
