The Opportunity:
We are in search of skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Carpenter and Drywaller. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing carpentry and drywall tasks according to design specifications and safety standards. Your precision and expertise will contribute directly to the quality and success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of general carpentry tasks, including framing, backing, trim work, and installations of windows, door frames, doors, and hardware.
• Execute drywall installations, from measuring and cutting to taping, beading, and compound application.
• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools used in construction.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success.
• Handle, load, and transport materials, equipment, and tools to project sites.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors, adapting to project needs.
• Prioritize safety by identifying and promptly reporting potential hazards.
• Adhere to ANC Modular Inc Ontario Health and Safety Association, and MSDS safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpentry and drywall work.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Ability to lift medium to heavy loads (20-100 lbs).
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical endurance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety procedures and protocols.
