Overview

Our Commercial mid-market team is hiring As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will be working directly with our commercial clients in delivering the world-class customer service Gallagher is so well known for. This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients – driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy changes, working on diverse accounts and collaborating with insurers.

This position can be based out Gallagher's office locations in Stoney-Creek or Mississauga.

Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) – We, at Gallagher, enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office


How you'll make an impact

  • Supporting a designated portfolio of Commercial Clientele, playing the lead role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client
  • Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy changes

  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail comes easy and is key part of what has made you successful in your past roles
  • Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes
  • 1+ year of Commercial Lines experience, ideally working within a brokerage environment
  • Active RIBO License
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications and or designations are highly valued in this role
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset #LI-SS1 #LI-HYBRID
