In your role, you will:
  1. Establish and maintain manufacturing technical sequences (Precedence)
  2. Analyze and establish critical cycle times
  3. Define and Produce the optimal line balancing for specific rate
  4. Determine Production capacity (Manpower, equipment…)
  5. Produce daily production schedule (Chart)
  6. Participate in analyzing and establishing the production standard time
  7. Establish detailed value stream mapping
  8. Establish and organize workcenter considering human and material flow
  9. Support the operations by helping and solving their day-to-day issues

As our ideal candidate, you:
  • Have Bachelor's / Technical’ s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or continuous improvement, as well as five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a related field
  • Have proven experience & advanced skills in project management and team work leadership
  • Have strong communication skills at all levels
  • Have advanced knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing concepts
  • Have fluency in French written and spoken
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project)
  • Have strong skills in priority management and last-minute requests
  • Have awareness of the new trends in the manufacturing field and continuous improvement
  • Are bilingual (French and English)
