Your job:
  • Perform ongoing due diligence activities for the Personal and Corporate sectors, ensuring sound management of CPRLF risks while respecting regulatory standards and deadlines.
  • Conduct research using the tools and various applications available to you and document the required due diligence information.
  • Interpret the information received from the advisory force and provide support and advice.
  • Perform a variety of analyses and evaluations to provide relevant information for decision-making.
  • Understand the needs of the partners, identify and analyze the problems presented and propose solutions adapted to the problems raised.
  • Maintain your knowledge of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLT) risk indicators and schemes, as well as FINTRAC's and OSFI's PCMLTF guidelines, along with your knowledge of the Personal & Business sector.
  • Participate in the drafting and updating of procedures related to due diligence activities.
Your team:

As part of the P&E Operational Risk Management Oversight team, you will be part of a team of 7 people and report to the Director. Our team stands out for its expertise and dynamism in ensuring sound risk management at the bank. We value customer satisfaction, collaboration, and innovation.

Prerequisites:
  • 3-year college diploma (DEC) and 4 to 5 years of experience OR a BACC and 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSFI, FINTRAC, CRS-FATCA), compliance standards, banking operations, and products related to the Corporate (SAE, SME, PE) and Personal (an asset) banking sector.
  • Good knowledge of systems and applications (ICOP, CRM-Enterprise, SAP-CRM, Hostfront, VSD Portal, Cardpack, View, Actimize, Jira, Confluence, ...).
