DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong background in managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements under provincial law.
  • Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Business acumen and Profit & Loss accountability.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture.
  • Effective management skills with the ability to multitask, manage time, and work flexible hours.
  • High standards of tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
