Job Summary: As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for conducting functional black box testing and integration testing of ensemble of tools, specifically focusing on Maestro and V21. You will work closely with our IT and development teams to ensure seamless functionality of our Order Management and Work Order Management modules. Your expertise will help us deliver flawless products that meet both our technical standards and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Perform thorough black box testing on V21 tools.Ensure effective integration of the client ensemble with our existing systems.Develop and execute test cases for the Order Management and Work Order Management modules.Identify, record, and track bugs and inconsistencies, providing detailed descriptions of issues and the steps to reproduce them.Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.Prepare detailed reports of testing phases and outcomes.Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role.Strong knowledge of client platforms, specifically Maestro and V21.Experience in testing Order Management and Work Order Management modules.Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Skills:Experience with telecom industry practices.Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.A certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) is desirable.
