Manufacturing Engineering Engineer

We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineering Engineer at our SUZHOU (CN01) facility.
Main Mission of the Role:- Preparation of the process flow, approval of the manufacturing process of the product prior to production.
- Standardize the use of procurement product processes and use functional requirements with the company's products.
- Evaluate the operability of new products and evaluate them.
- Go deep into the production site, guide, and supervise the front-line production of the workshop to solve the technical problems that occur in the production in a timely manner.
- Organize experimental research work on new processes and new technologies, grasp the summary of process test topics and the identification of results, and promote production and application.
- Responsible for the preparation, modification and execution of product WI, review, formulation and implementation of the method of post operation.
- Responsible for all the industrial engineering relative activities in RFS China RTD workshop.
- Lead NPI project process development, including layout design, the working instruction, equipment requirement, tooling/fixtures development, process workmanship validation, training the production line.
- Process working labor study, improve the line balance and productivity.
- Setup the routing in SAP and verify the BOM.
- Be practical, be able to make the sample according to the engineering drawing.
- Design the packing considering costing, protection, and transportation.
- Process trouble shooting effectively, including the data analysis, root cause analysis, and take corrective action and preventative action.
- Manufacturing process continuously improvement with lean knowledge, including the cost reduction, quality stability, productivity, etc.
- Work with cross-function teams to launch lean projects.
- Participation in the analysis of customer complaints, rejected material, and CAR as needed.
- Participation in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis to enhance processing quality.
- Coordination with maintenance engineers to develop TPM routines as necessary.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
For Cable: 5 years above in cable industrial, especially good experience in forming, welding jacketing line. Know well the cable production process.
For Jumper: Good knowledge on cable assembly process equipment, such as: cutting machine, stripping machine, molding machine, etc.
For FPS: Good knowledge on fiber assembly process equipment, such as: polishing machine, IL/RL tester. Know well the fiber construction, LC, ODC, MPO connectors.
With good knowledge of automatic machine production and mechanical equipment’s understanding.
Strong analytical, logical and reasoning abilities. Strong skills of management, communication, and analysis.
Travel as required.
