Our Toronto-based AD will support all creative tasks for our Canada and US-based clients.

YOU ARE  

An Art Director that is not just filling a role—you’re igniting a revolution. You paint vivid narratives with every brushstroke. Your ideas are bold, your vision limitless. You’re a trailblazer, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • A strategic storyteller who can paint a picture verbally and visually
  • An idealist who loves to say "what if..."
  • Someone who has their finger on the pulse of the zeitgeist, not afraid to push the boundaries but can embrace traditional standards when required
  • A well-rounded designer with an eye for many talents rather than a single focus with great knowledge about digital/content, experiential, social and retail environments, 
  • No stranger to hard work, teamwork, and the occasional dirty work
  • At least 2-3 years of AD strategic concept work. XM = Bonus points
  • Not afraid to take risks

YOU CAN

  • Take on a range of projects and conceptualize a killer idea or campaign from beginning to end on digital, print, experiential, and integrated campaigns
  • Prepare engaging visual concepts for campaigns and presentation materials required for client meetings
  • A self-starter who can work with little direction from CD
  • Work under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and deliver against constant deadlines
  • Take feedback and be able to speak the language of a non-creative peer to translate that into a creative execution

YOUR PASSIONS

YOU HAVE

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Art Director
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign), plus Canva, PPT, Word, Figma
  • A strong portfolio of work that has set a standard of innovation with a focus on experiential ideation and design
