TalentWorld is recruiting a Software Architecture Lead in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of innovative healthcare solutions using RESTful & Micro Services architecture.
  • Design containerized solutions and automate build processes for efficient development.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, and participate in vendor assessments.
  • Analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead solution intake requests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of public sector or healthcare industry experience.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing large-scale software systems using RESTful & Micro Services architecture.
  • Experience in containerized solutions/architecture and CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Strong technical skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with HL7 FHIR standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously on high-impact technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with public sector enterprise architecture and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in vendor assessments and ensuring security and privacy compliance.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Employment Details
  • Salary: $90.00 - $98.00HR
  • Benefits: 37.5 Hours Weekly, Contract, Hybrid
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: 12 months contract, possibility of extension
