JOB DESCRIPTION
The Nationwide Group (TNG) is a pioneer in designing and developing outsourced financial services software, exclusively focused on creating comprehensive and customizable solutions for the real estate industry. POSITION DETAILS:
This Data Architect role will be reporting to the CTO. As a Data Architect, you play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the organization's data infrastructure. Your responsibilities include creating data models, defining data integration strategies, and ensuring data quality, security, and scalability. By collaborating with stakeholders, you translate business requirements into technical solutions, enabling efficient data management and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Design, develop, and maintain data architectures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into data models, schema designs, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure that data systems are integrated effectively with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure that data systems are designed and implemented with optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and secure.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data architecture, data management, and data integration processes.
• Participate in the development of data quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to other members of the data architecture team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a data architect or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data management best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• SQL Expertise. Composing, reading explain plans, optimizing.
• MySQL 5.7 and 8.x DBA
• PostgreSQL 9.6, 14,16 ,17 DBA
• ETL Design & Development
• Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics
• Using statistics and AI to enable APIs and inform business decisions
