We’re partnering with our global client , a leader in the building materials and hardware industry , to hire an International Senior Buyer – Commodity Panels . This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll lead international sourcing and procurement for panel and board products across Canada. You’ll manage supplier relationships worldwide — from Asia to South America — ensuring sharp pricing, reliable supply, and competitive market positioning. If you’re someone who thrives on negotiation, market analysis, and building long-term partnerships across borders — this opportunity was designed for you. Lead international procurement of wood-based panels and board products (Asia, Brazil, North America). Develop and strengthen supplier partnerships; identify new sources and materials. Report on sourcing performance, market intelligence, and profitability impact. 10+ years of experience in international buying, procurement, or commodity sourcing , ideally within panels, wood products, or construction materials . ~ Proven track record in price negotiation and supplier management at a global level. ~ Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite . ~ Based in British Columbia or open to relocation (national scope). ~ Bilingual English/French is an asset.
