Are you a recent graduate from an Experiential Marketing, Advertising, or related program looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic marketing agency? Join our client as a Part-Time Brand Ambassador and be part of an exciting team in our client's brand-new office space in Liberty Village

This is a 4 week, part-time contract, which requires you onsite at our client's office in Liberty Village Monday-Friday 10am-3pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Support: Assist with various functions in our client's newly established office space.
  • Logistics Coordination: Help staff with logistics as they transition into the new office environment.
  • Collaboration Encouragement: Foster a collaborative atmosphere by encouraging teamwork and assisting with room bookings and meeting room setup.
  • Tech Assistance: Provide support for any tech-related needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • General Duties: Carry out additional tasks as requested to support the team and office operations.

Requirements:

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools. Familiarity with google suite, tools to assist with booking desks/rooms, ticketing systems.
  • Upbeat and Outgoing: Positive attitude, great communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Proactive: Ready to take initiative and assist wherever needed.
