THE JOB

As an Integrated Service Associate at the Integrated Service Centre team, you're pivotal in delivering top-notch service and support for Nova Scotians injured at work or working during recovery. You're the initial point of contact for workers, employers, and external service providers, fielding inquiries on claims and Workers’ Compensation Act intricacies. Handling calls and documents, you ensure smooth service delivery, utilizing a Unified Call Distribution Telephone System for efficient communication. Your duties span assisting clients via phone, online, and in-person interactions, and managing claim-related documents. Using automated tools, you input, process, and extract data, ensuring seamless document flow to support workers, employers, and service providers throughout injury and recovery processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates should have completed an Office Administration or Business Administration program, along with at least one year of customer service experience. Proficiency in computer software within a customer service context is essential. Prior experience in public or private insurance, medical, safety, or related fields is advantageous. Fluency in French and experience using French in a professional setting are considered assets for the role.
