Position CMS Specialist (Optimizely) (Hybrid) – Primary Location: Toronto, Ontario What You’ll Need Technical Requirements and Certifications Optimizely certifications (CMS, Commerce, or DXP). Education And Experience 10 years of experience in CMS implementation, with 5+ years in Optimizely Configured Commerce. Strong understanding of Optimizely CMS architecture, content modelling, and personalization features. Experience with Optimizely Commerce Cloud, including Catalog management and digital merchandising. Familiarity with .NET, REST APIs, and front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable CMS solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience with multi-site implementations. Exposure to Agile delivery environments and DevOps practice. What You’ll Do Configure, manage, and optimize Optimizely CMS within the Configured Commerce framework. Design and implement reusable content models, templates, and workflows aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX, Dev, Marketing, Product) to deliver dynamic, personalized content experiences. Support integrations with PIM, DAM, CRM, and analytics platforms. Ensure content governance, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance across digital properties. Troubleshoot CMS‑related issues and provide training/documentation for content authors. Stay current with Optimizely roadmap, releases, and best practices.
