Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable success in designing and delivering complex applications.
  • Extensive hand-on coding expertise in Core Java.
  • Must have Strong Software development fundamentals, data structures, design patterns, Object-Oriented programming, architecture, algorithms, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have Strong focus on system performance tuning and experience with low latency Java programming.
  • Must have Solid understanding of service architecture and high performance, low latency, and multithreading techniques.
  • Experience architecting and designing high performance server side components.
  • 5+ years of experience using Java to develop service oriented applications.
  • Prior experience in building e-trading systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of any financial products like Interest Rates, Spread Products or Futures (e.g., bonds, interest rate swaps, repos) is highly desirable.
