We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with industrial and institutional new-build experience to join a well-established construction company specializing in large-scale, high-profile industrial and institutional projects throughout the Greater Montreal Area. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction, this company has successfully completed complex projects across various cities, including St-Jérôme and St-Hyacinthe, and other areas in the Greater Montreal Area.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 7–15 years in the construction industry, with at least 5-7 years of experience as a project manager, focusing on industrial and institutional new-build projects.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in architecture and design is an asset.
- Industrial Expertise: Proven experience in managing industrial and institutional construction projects is essential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the Greater Montreal Area; the company covers travel-related expenses.
- Growth with the Company: The ideal candidate is committed to long-term growth within the company, seeking opportunities to develop their skills and advance their career alongside our team.
- Oversee the planning, management, and execution of industrial new-build construction projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project sites across the Greater Montreal Area.

- Lead project teams, providing mentorship to site managers and junior staff.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
