You participate in all the different project phases, from design to rollout. You identify goals, strategies and approaches, and you coordinate efforts for large-scale, innovative projects. You draw on your drive for results and ability to engage others to effectively manage teams and help the organization achieve its objectives. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your specialty area. You are responsible for strategic projects that are organizationally and conceptually complex and require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. You lead and serve as specialist to teams and decision-making bodies. You represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external providers.
