Office Administrator Location: Toronto, ON, Canada We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and entrepreneurial Office Administrator to join our growing office in Toronto. This role will play a key part in managing administrative tasks and supporting various departments, contributing directly to the growth and efficiency of our local operations. Responsible for daily administrative tasks, including receiving and tracking invoices to ensure proper distribution and recording. Support payroll processes, including gathering necessary information and collaborating with the HR team. Maintain confidential HR and compliance records in line with data protection and company policy Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Provide administrative support to the HR team and coordinate with IT for technology-related needs. Support the execution of office activities and events, ensuring smooth operations and successful coordination. Coordinate client & senior leadership visits, including planning, logistics, and hospitality arrangements to create a positive experience. Monitor and track local regulatory deadlines, ensuring timely submissions and reporting Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience in administrative roles will also be considered. Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in dynamic environments or growing offices. Experience in HR-related tasks and administrative management systems. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a "skin in the game" mindset to contribute to the office's growth.
