Key Responsibilities:
System Development and Customization:
Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to meet business requirements.
Create custom entities, forms, workflows, and dashboards.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with other business systems and applications.

Technical Expertise:
Write and maintain complex code using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Develop plugins, workflows, and custom actions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Utilize Azure services and tools to extend and integrate Dynamics 365 CE/CRM functionality.

Project Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality solutions.

Testing and Deployment:
Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests.
Prepare and deploy custom solutions and updates to the production environment.

Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 CE/CRM system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
Implement updates and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization and configuration.
Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Knowledge of Azure services and integrations.
Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
