Base pay range $350,000.00/yr - $450,000.00/yr Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Fintech | Toronto (Hybrid / In-Office) Salary - 350-450K CAD + Equity We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech organisation entering its next phase of scale and transformation. With strong product–market fit and major investment in innovation, we’re now seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead the evolution of our engineering organisation and shape the company’s future. Opportunity As CTO, you will own the end-to-end technology strategy and play a critical role in accelerating growth. You’ll drive engineering excellence, elevate product delivery, and build a forward-thinking, AI-empowered technical organisation. You’ll work closely with the executive team to translate business priorities into scalable technology outcomes. What You’ll Lead Engineering, DevOps, Security and Data functions A ~20-person engineering team, with scope to refine, reshape, and grow the org Adoption of AI and emerging technologies across the product and business The design of a high-performance engineering culture focused on pace, innovation, and accountability An inspirational senior technology leader with experience scaling high-growth organisations Comfortable transforming engineering teams and introducing modern ways of working A strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at the exec level Passionate about leveraging AI to deliver both operational efficiencies and product innovation Preferably based in Toronto (or open to relocation) What’s In It For You The opportunity to define and build the engineering organisation of the future A seat at the leadership table with direct influence on company strategy and commercial outcomes Competitive compensation + equity aligned to the impact of the role Work alongside a deeply ambitious and mission-driven executive team Toronto — 3+ days per week in office (executive team typically in office 5 days/week) Seniority Level Executive Employment Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
